Benjamin Edwards is the founder and principal attorney of The Edwards' Law Offices. For more than 40 years, he has helped individuals and families throughout Illinois and Missouri protect what matters most through personalized estate planning.

His practice focuses on wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, living wills (advance directives), and transfer and beneficiary deeds. Benjamin is committed to making estate planning understandable, affordable, and convenient through flat fees and a secure virtual planning process.

Throughout his legal career, Benjamin has seen the challenges families often face when a loved one passes away without a clear estate plan or becomes unable to make important decisions. Those experiences have strengthened his commitment to helping clients protect their loved ones, preserve their legacy, and gain peace of mind through careful planning.

Benjamin is actively involved in his Christian faith and has served his church in numerous leadership and volunteer roles over the years, including as a trustee, steward, Sunday School teacher, superintendent of Sunday School, president of the Lay Organization, president of the Men's Ministry, and treasurer of the Church School.

He is also committed to serving the broader community. Benjamin volunteers as a tutor and mentor for elementary and junior high school students through ReadWriteLearn For Success, Inc. His community service has also included membership on the Board of Directors of Land of Lincoln Legal Aid and the Advisory Board of Habitat for Humanity–St. Louis County.

Benjamin believes that serving others—both inside and outside the courtroom—is an important part of his professional and personal calling.
